Local rank tracker for local-SEO agencies

Know what to fix to move every client up the map pack. Then prove it worked.

Packriser is local SEO software for agencies. It scans your clients' Google Maps rankings across a grid of points, shows who beats them at each point and why, and ranks the fixes. Every scan shows its price before you run it.

The heat map shows red dots. It doesn't say what to do about them.

Dots without a diagnosis.

Most local SEO heat map tools stop at the colour. You still have to work out who's outranking your client at each point, and why, before you can tell them anything useful.

Credit maths that works against you.

Credits that expire every cycle. AI reports that drain the same pool. Plans you have to model in a spreadsheet before you know what a month of tracking costs.

Proving progress, every month.

Clients don't keep paying for a map. They keep paying when they can see what you changed and what moved because of it.

“doesn't really give actionable recommendations to help you understand the difference between 1 in the map pack and 24”

an agency owner on r/bigseo, about their grid tool.

From red dots to a fix you can show the client

  1. Scan the grid.

Add a Google Business Profile by name or Maps link, pick a keyword, and choose a ring or square grid. You see the price before you press run.

  2. See why, then fix it.

Open any point to see the full local pack there. The local SEO audit checks about 40 factors across 8 categories against the competitors that actually rank nearby, and lists the fixes in order.

  3. Prove it worked.

Scheduled rescans build a timeline, so each scan is compared with the last. Send the client a white-label report link that shows their progress and nothing else.

A local rank tracker built to diagnose, not decorate

A local rank tracker tool and Google local rank tracker in one place: a local SEO audit tool you can run next to the other local SEO tools you already use.

What to fix next.

Per-point comparison with the businesses beating your client, plus an audit that ranks the fixes.

Ranking-desert diagnosis.

Find the parts of the map where your client disappears, and why.

Metrics that don't flatter.

Visibility, average rank (always shown with how many points you were found at) and share of local voice, each with one fixed definition.

Competitor intelligence.

Who ranks around your client, side-by-side profiles, and a change feed of what competitors moved.

Reviews benchmarked.

Velocity, rating spread and reply rate against the competitor set's average and best.

Does ChatGPT recommend your client?

Check whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Mode name your client or a competitor.

Scheduled scans and alerts.

Get an alert when a client enters or leaves the top 3, or when their own profile changes.

Find your next client.

Scan a trade in an area, spot businesses losing on Maps, and send each one a report of where they're invisible.

Reports with your name on them, not ours

Share a read-only link with each client. It shows your agency's name, their business, and each keyword's latest scan and map, with rating, review count and audit score, and it explains what every number means. It never shows competitor names, your costs, or a way into your dashboard. Add a password, or revoke a link instantly.

Every rank, with its receipt

Each point on the grid is a real Google Maps search made from that exact coordinate. We keep the full results for every point, so when our rank differs from another tool's, you can see what Google returned and check it yourself.

1 ~742 credits per client per month: weekly 7×7 scans on 3 keywords, a monthly AI report and a competitor audit.

How credits work

  • 1 credit = 1 grid point, scheduled or on demand.
  • Scans run on the standard queue by default. Live scans are capped at 10% of plan credits.
  • An AI-visibility prompt costs 25 credits.
  • Unused credits roll over for a month, capped at one month's allowance.
  • A failed or partial scan gives its credits back.
  • Every other paid action shows its credit price before you click.

Questions agencies ask

What does it cost?

From $24/mo (Launch, 7,500 credits, about 10 clients) to $199/mo (Scale, 65,000 credits, about 87 clients), with white-label on every plan. Unused credits roll over for a month, a failed or partial scan gives its credits back, and you see each scan's price before you run it.

What's in the free report?

Your agency's own Google listing, scanned for one keyword on a live 5×5 grid: where you show up, who beats you where you don't, and the three fixes we'd make first.

Where does the ranking data come from?

Every rank is a live Google Maps search at that grid point. We store what Google returned, so you can open any point and see the full local pack behind the number. It works as a Google Maps rank checker you can audit.

Is this another credit trap?

No. Each scan shows its cost first, unused credits roll over for a month, and a failed or partial scan gives its credits back.

Can my clients see competitor data or what I spend?

No. Client links show their own business, rankings, rating, reviews and audit score.

I already use another grid tool.

Run your free report and compare it with the scan you already have. We keep the raw Google results for every point, so differences can be checked rather than argued about.

You're new. Will you be around?

Packriser is built by Market Labs AI, which runs its own client work on it.
